Leeds United are close to a new sale.
The Sun says Leeds owners GFH Capital are close to selling up - just SEVEN WEEKS after completing their takeover of the club.
Former Derby County and Hull City chairman Adam Pearson is believed to be leading a bid by a consortium of Yorkshire businessmen.
The deal, which could happen as soon as this week, is understood to be for 51 per cent with a full takeover later this year.
Harrogate-born Pearson was a director at Elland Road between 1997 and 2001.
He is the current owner of Hull FC rugby league club but fancies a return to football.
