Andy Gray has been offered a trial with Leeds United after being released from Championship rivals Barnsley. The former Scotland international began his career on the books at Elland Road, having graduated through the Whites' academy ranks.
The 34-year-old striker is a player well known to Whites boss Neil Warnock, with the pair having worked together at Sheffield United, and there is a possibility that terms could be thrashed out.
"Andy asked if he could come and train with us and we have allowed him to do that," said Warnock.
"We will take a look at him and see how it goes."
