Leeds United boss Neil Redfearn expects new additions to soon arrive.
Leeds currently sit 20th in English football's second tier and are without a win in five games as the January transfer window opens.
"We have to be thinking about bringing players in," Redfearn said.
"Massimo (Cellino) has ideas, one or two players up his sleeve; I've put my input in where we need to strengthen.
"We do lack Championship experience, something we have to try and address. We've got to look at everything.
"I was asked my opinion on where we should strengthen. I have put my input in but ultimately it's up to Massimo, that's where it's at."
