Lazio midfielder Mourad Meghni says he's fully fit.

The youngster's injury problems were threatening his new season, but he revealed yesterday: "I am fit, they have cured my problems in France and I have only little niggles. But I have nearly recovered completely.

"I am available, I could've played also in preseason, but we took the cautious route. So, as always, I will follow the lead of the Lazio doctors."
