Hajduk Split defender Josip Elez has signed with Lazio.

Elez passed his medical on Friday before Lazio confirmed the deal.

"SS Lazio announce the signing on a permanent move from Hajduk Split the player Josip Elez," the club wrote on their Twitter page.
