Lazio left-back Aleksandar Kolarov is on the verge of signing a long-term deal with Manchester City according to reports.
The Serbia international is set to land at Eastlands after Spanish giants Real Madrid had a £12million bid rejected and sources in Italy said the City deal was likely to go ahead this week.
City boss Roberto Mancini is a big fan of Kolarov who can also play as a midfielder and has reportedly agreed terms with the cashed-up club.
