Lazio president Claudio Lotito will be disappointed if they miss out on Champions League qualification.
Udinese need only a point against the Scudetto winners on Sunday evening to secure their Champions League preliminary round spot, so for Lazio to get there they need to beat Lecce and hope the Friulani lose.
"In theory Lazio would deserve fourth place, as they have been up there throughout the campaign and only slipped out during the last three games," Lotito told Sky Sport Italia.
"I hope the team can show its full potential against Lecce and that Milan play well with Udinese to get the full result.
"It does not only depend on us, but above all on what happens in Udine and the effort Milan put in to this match."
