Former Manchester United and QPR midfielder Ravel Morrison is training with Championship side Birmingham City.

The 24-year-old, who was once touted as the next-big-thing in football, is currently signed with Lazio, but the Rome-based club are reportedly looking to offload him this summer.

Birmingham boss Harry Redknapp confirmed the news: "Ravel's come in and he's going to be training with us for a few days so we can have a look at him. That's it really."

The 24-year-old joined QPR on a loan move for the second half of last season but could manage only one start.
