Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri says Marco Antonio will always have his confidence.

Sarri was forced to take off the attacker after just 13 minutes in their Europa Conference League win against CFR Cluj due to Patric's dismissal.

Sarri said, "I'm sorry that I removed Marcos Antonio after just 13 minutes, I'm sorry because he gave me the impression that he got off to a good start. Marcos was amazing at the time of the change, he didn't pose any problems

"Marcos Antonio can always play, but he needs the team to support him. He has great qualities, he has physical limitations and if the two who play alongside him are Milinkovic and Vecino who support him, he can play. If he has less physical players next to him, he gets into trouble."
