Lazio manager Edy Reja says he is now fully committed to the job despite offering to quit recently.
The former Hajduk Split and Napoli boss offered to resign on the eve of the club's Europa League meeting with Atletico Madrid about two weeks ago but president Claudio Lotito wanted him to remain.
Now Reja is focused on the job at hand and says that he is not worried about speculation linking former Chelsea striker and West Ham United manager Gianfranco Zola with his job.
"How I coped with the rumours linking Zola to my bench? I haven't had any problems.
"Rumours are going around but I'm calm.
"Gianfranco is a friend of mine, and we spoke. I would have been happy and I will be happy if in the distant future Zola arrives on the Lazio bench.""There have been situations of which we have spoken (himself and Lotito). There has been an exchange of views, but that chapter is closed," Reja told Sky Italia.
