Lazio attacker Pedro says the players are behind coach Maurizio Sarri.

Sarri has threatened to quit Lazio after defeat to Salernitana.

Asked about Sarri's words, Pedro said at his Champions League presser for their clash with Celtic: "He's a special coach, a special staff. He is a perfectionist and when things don't go well there is a little of frustration. But I believe he is a special coach for this team and I hope he can stay for many years to help Lazio make the leap in quality.

"This is football, when you lose 2-3 games it all seems like a drama but it's not like that. We have to give everything on the pitch and I'm sure the results will come, we're talking to each other to be united, to move forward.

"We are all with him, in this sense we are all calm."
