Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup is eager to boost his firepower next season.
It is thought Laudrup is keen to bring in at least two new forwards with a first Europa League campaign on the horizon but already appears to have missed out on a couple of big targets , says the South West Echo.
Celta Vigo frontman Iago Aspas is on the verge of completing a £7.7 million move to Liverpool, while German giants Borussia Dortmund are believed to be tracking another Swansea target, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Romelu Lukaku may now stay at Chelsea rather than spend another season on loan elsewhere, and there are fears Roberto Martinez will take Arouna Kone with him to Everton if he becomes the next manager at Goodison.
Swansea have cash available, but the board have always been prudent when it comes to finances and may be reluctant to sanction the type of big-money transfers Laudrup wants.
