Chelsea pair Fikayo Tomori and Billy Gilmour are set to remain until January.
The pair are expected to leave on loan in January as Lampard looks at loan options for his fringe players.
That's according to an unnamed agent speaking to The Athletic as part of the publication's survey of agents in an attempt to learn 'what really happened' in the European transfer window.
Tomori was linked with a loan switch to Everton and West Ham United following Chelsea's signing of Thiago Silva over the summer, but a move failed to materialise.
Gilmour, meanwhile, is still working his way back from knee surgery after breaking into the Blues' first team last season, but should be fit before the turn of the year.
