Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard admits they're struggling for answers to their poor home form.
He said: "Our home form has been suspect and West Brom is a game where we have to say 'Right we're back on form' and win it.
"We are not playing particularly well at home and there are a few reasons for that. There's a bit of a lack of confidence to be honest.
"We went so many games unbeaten and walked out on the pitch each time thinking 'We're going to win this' no matter who we were playing. Now we're not as confident.
"We need to start fast and once you get that early goal it's virtually game done. But we haven't been getting it."
The England ace conceded the atmosphere at the Bridge has suffered because of the shaky form and he wants fans to step up the volume today and do their bit.
He added: "It's understandable. You sit there and you are edgy. The fans do need to get behind us but we need to get them going."
