Adam Lallana has reportedly told Southampton he wants to leave the club this summer.
BBC Sport reports that the 26-year old midfielder is keen to land a dream move to Liverpool and is willing to leave St Mary's in order to do so.
Lallana, who won the Saints' Player of the Year award last season, is a key target for the Reds who have made a £25million offer for him in the current transfer window.
It is believed that England international Lallana, who has not yet lodged a transfer request, will officially depart Southampton when he returns from the World Cup in Brazil later this summer.
