LA Galaxy star David Beckham says England boss Fabio Capello is no different to when they were together with Real Madrid.
"Fabio Capello is no different now to what he was at Real," Beckham told the Mail on Sunday. "He hasn't changed as a person or a manager.
"He's a winner and he doesn't care what you've done in your career. As long as you're playing well, as long as you're committed, as long as you show respect, you have a chance of playing for him.
"People said we had problems at Madrid, but there were a lot more problems which were out of his hands than any I had anything to do with. I always wanted to play for him because I respected him. He made my career at Real Madrid successful because we won the title in that last year. He knows how to win, he knows what he wants and he knows how to get it.
"All Italians are the same, the tactical side of the game is always perfect and there is so much work done behind the scenes to make that right. Carlo Ancelotti was the same. I loved playing under him for six months in Milan. He is not just a great person and a great character, but so professional in his outlook."
