LA Galaxy have lost coach Bruce Arena to suspension before their clash with Chivas USA.

Dave Sarachan will take charge for the big derby.

"We ideally would like to have our leader on the sideline," Galaxy attacker Landon Donovan said after Friday morning's training session at StubHub.

"In a perfect world, he's there, but people have reasons for making those decisions. It's the way it goes, so we've got to deal with it."
