Landon Donovan has hinted that he could be ready to leave the LA Galaxy at the end of the current MLS season.
The 31-year old USA international returned to the Galaxy in March after taking some time away from the game over winter and could next be headed for a shift back to Europe when his contract expires.
"We have received offers from teams in different countries that are intriguing," the former Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern Munich and Everton man told Fox Soccer Daily.
"I'm really open in a way that I haven't been before. In the past, I was pretty content to stay in LA, but if it doesn't work out and we can't come to an agreement here, then I'm ready for a different challenge.
"I'm still going to speak with the Galaxy and see how they value me and see where they want to go going forward."
