Kuyt: We've not lived up to Liverpool standards

Dirk Kuyt accepts Liverpool have not been good enough in the Premier League.

The Reds have won just three times in the league since the turn of the year and the Holland forward admits the players have nowhere to hide.

Kuyt said: "Whatever happens between now and the end of the season, we will not be happy or satisfied with the position in the league.

"We are playing for Liverpool Football Club, and when you do that you have to win every game. We have lost too many games and too many points in the league.

"Sometimes we have been really close to winning games and have felt that we've deserved to win them. But you can't feel sorry for yourselves - we have to look forward.

"We can't look back, we want to change things and we have to do that now by winning as many games as possible between now and the end of the season."
