Kuyt: My music selection inspiring Liverpool form

Dirk Kuyt says his music selection has inspired Liverpool's form reversal.

The Holland international was recently installed as the Reds' new dressing room DJ and he remains convinced that our seven match unbeaten run owes much to his choice in music.

"Ever since I've plugged my iPod into our music system and play the stuff I've collected at home for our games, we've not lost a game. I think we are all a bit superstitious as players," Kuyt told liverpoolfc.tv.

"I took over from one of the lads and when they all like it, they let you be in charge. It is like taking a penalty. If you score, they all let you take the next one.'

"What do I play that gets the lads going? Kings of Leon, The Killers and Amy Winehouse. That sort of stuff.

"Then, after the warming up, I let the physio take over with his iPod for one song.

"When we come back in the dressing room he has put 'You'll never walk alone' on. That gets us all together. We feel so united when we hear that."
