Dirk Kuyt is convinced Liverpool have their name written on this season's FA Cup trophy.

"I think we can go all the way in the FA Cup and we have the quality to beat every team," Kuyt told Liverpoolfc.tv.

"We have to just focus on ourselves and believe in ourselves. I think we have got great quality in the team. Even though we are not playing our best football at the moment I think we will soon be back to our best.

"Last year we lost to Arsenal in the third round which was disappointing. This season we have beaten Luton Town and Havant and Waterlooville. We will see what happens but we have to be ready for every team.

"We know that the league is going to be difficult to win now and we just want to finish as high as possible. We have got the FA Cup and the Champions League still to play for. We should do better in the league but we also want to win every trophy that is possible."

The Dutch striker has also revealed his love of the FA Cup and spoken of his dream to play in the biggest domestic final in football.

"That would be great to play at Wembley," he added. "The FA Cup is very special back in Holland and when I was a young boy I used to watch it on the television.

"I have some special moments in my mind from the FA Cup, especially the last one Liverpool won against West Ham. That was an unbelievable game. Stevie G was fantastic and it was just a great final to watch."
