Krzysztof Krol has joined MLS club Chicago Fire on loan from Polish club Jagiellonia Bia?ystok.

The 22-year old former Real Madrid reserves player will join the Fire for a season-long loan with the option for a permanent transfer at the end of the season.

Krol will be a welcome addition to the Fire squad as he is a left-back and will fill a hole in that position for the club who finished second in the Eastern Conference last season.
