Stan Kroenke is giving the green light to a £50 million spending spree at Arsenal this summer.
The Sunday Express says Kroenke was last night given the Premier League go-ahead to take over Arsenal.
Now the US sports tycoon is expected to give manager Arsene Wenger the green light for a £50million spending spree.
Wenger will meet Kroenke within a fortnight to discuss a shopping list likely to be topped by Blackburn defender Christopher Samba.
