Kristoffer Nordfeldt is expected to be on the move from Swansea City.

The Swedish goalkeeper is set to be released for loan with Erwin Mulder set to sign from SC Heerenveen.

Nordfeldt, who has a contract until 2020, has only played two Premier League matches in two seasons.

The keeper had already expressed plans to leave Swansea at the end of last season.

A move within England is expected for Nordfeldt.
