Kone Kouamatien, of Romania's FC International, is chasing a move to England.
Ivory Coast midfielder Kouamatien was watched by scouts from Newcastle United, Sunderland and Blackpool against Italy last night.
He said: "I would love to play in England one day, I want to leave Romania, the club know where I stand, I want to move out.
"My agent Rui Alves is working with two or three clubs so we still have 22 days for the window to close, so let's wait and see."
