Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is hopeful of tying down crucial midfielder Gini Wijnaldum to a new contract.
The Dutch international is in the final year of his contract and could leave in the summer on a free transfer.
It was Wijnaldum who scored a stunning goal from 25 yards as the Reds eased to a 4-0 win over Wolves in the Premier League on Sunday.
"I hope so [that he signs], to be honest," Klopp told Amazon Sport.
"You can see that, he plays all the time.
"We have a pretty good relationship. I hope so."
