Angus Kinnear is moving to West Ham United as managing director.
Kinnear joins West Ham United from Arsenal, where, during a nine-year stay, he held a number of senior commercial, partnership and marketing positions.
He will officially join the Club in the New Year and will shortly be establishing a team to support this exciting new role.
Commenting on the appointment, West Ham United Vice-Chairman Karren Brady said: "I am delighted to welcome Angus to West Ham United at an incredibly exciting time for the Club.
"He joins a strong, established team already working on the Stadium project which includes my Marketing and Communications Director, Tara Warren who continues to have oversight of this function.
"His primary task will be making sure we seek out and maximise the new commercial opportunities provided by playing in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park."
