Conor Sammon is now settled in Scotland and ready to impress at Kilmarnock this season. The 22-year-old striker joined the SPL club last season, but remains as hungry as ever to make his SPL stint a success.

"I'm hungrier to do well and really show what I can do. I'll be trying to do that in each game," explained Sammon.

"When I came from Ireland it did take me a while to get used to the SPL and to the standard of it.

"So this season I am confident I can make a big impact and nail down a place in the team."
