Kilmarnock goalkeeper Alan Combe has revealed how he twice missed out on moves to Hibs.

He said: "I trained with Hibs as a boy and I nearly signed twice, having agreed terms when I was coming out of contract at (Dundee) United. I spoke to the bosses but it didn't work out.

"That was annoying as I was a Hibs fan and it would have been a dream come true."
