Kilmarnock boss Jim Jefferies remains hopeful of keeping striker Colin Nish.
"I've now put our offer to Colin in writing and he's happy with it," he said.
"His dad is also pleased with it and Colin's happy here and wants to stay: the only person advising him not to sign is his agent."
