Craig Gordon has admitted he could leave the Premier League after having been released by Sunderland, reports the Scottish Herald. The injury prone Scotland stopper is available for free after coming to the end of his five-year contract on Wearside, and is attracting the interest of Scottish champions Celtic.
The player is now prepared to listen to offers although he said there had been no approach from Celtic.
"I am waiting to see what my options are and take it from there," he said. "I'm out of contract now so it's about seeing what offers come in. I'd love to stay in the English Premier League but if that happens or not, and if it's the best deal for me, time will tell."
