Manchester United great Roy Keane has slammed Tottenham fullback Matt Doherty.
Keane was commenting on the Republic of Ireland's defeat to Wales.
Keane, who was Ireland assistant manager under Martin O'Neill suggested some of Ireland's defending in the defeat in Cardiff was 'embarrassing', as he picked out Doherty for criticism.
"Doherty spoke after the game against England how it was an embarrassment at the moment and he should be embarrassed with his defending," added Keane, as he reflected on the Wales goal.
"Ireland had some decent possession, but it could have been a lot worse. Darren Randolph made some great saves."
