Karim Rekik is confident of his future with Manchester City.

The defender is spending this season on-loan with PSV Eindhoven.

Rekik has confirmed City want to open new contract talks and also denies his parent club intend to sell him this summer.

"I have heard absolutely nothing from the people at City about this.

"I can and should trust them. If it were otherwise, I'm sure the people at City would tell me," said the youngster.
