The agent of Nikola Kalinic has blasted Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean.

Tomislav Erceg had a go at Kean over his treatment of Kalinic, a £6m buy from Hajduk Split in 2009.

"I spoke to him three months ago and he said he [Kalinic] was his best player. Then he never plays him after that," the agent told the Mirror.

"Nikola cannot play for Croatia if he does not get in the Blackburn team. He has to go.

"He is finished there."
