Brazilian ace Kaka has scored a crucial winner as AC Milan overcame a resilient Catania at the San Siro on Sunday. AC Milan went into the clash missing Ronaldinho, Clarence Seedorf, Andrea Pirlo, Massimo Ambrosini, Daniele Bonera, Alessandro Nesta, Pippo Inzaghi and Marco Borriello.
The pressure was on the home side who were coming off a series of disappointing results and a after several missed scoring opportunities, it was finally Kaka's 65th minute goal which calmed the nerves.
Catania almost pinched an equaliser late in the match when keeper Christian Abbiati managed a one-handed save of Giuseppe Mascara's goal-bound header.
