Tottenham defender Younes Kaboul was forced off the pitch in today's U21 clash with Manchester United.
The 27-year old French centre-half has been sidelined with a knee injury since August but limped out of the match early in the second half with a leg muscle problem.
Kaboul was hoping to be back in contention for Spurs' clash with Manchester City this Sunday but looks likely to again be unavailable due to the upper leg problem, believed to either be a quadriceps or hamstring strain.
