Tottenham defender Younes Kaboul admits their top four push is on a knife-edge.
The target for next season is to be in the Champions League and Kaboul admits that, had Spurs failed to win their previous two matches against Everton and Newcastle, this ambition might now be impossible to realise.
He told the London Evening Standard: "If we'd lost to Everton, there would have been a 70 or 80 per cent chance of missing out on the top four," said the 28-year-old centre-back. "But with the win against Everton, and then beating Newcastle with such quality and scoring four goals, we gave a message to the teams above us."
