Juventus striker Morata remains hopeful of Barcelona move

Juventus striker Alvaro Morata is keen to see a move to Barcelona happen.

Sport says Morata has become a problem for parent club Atletico Madrid because coach Diego Simeone doesn't want him and Juve have announced they won't make the loan permanent in the summer.

The Spain international, therefore, has offered himself to Barça for next season because he's convinced Xavi's project will succeed.

It's Morata's dream to sign a contract with Barça until 2025, similar to the one signed by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The recent Barça arrival did have the support of his club, Arsenal, who rescinded his contract to let him move to Camp Nou, something which Atletico were not prepared to do with Morata.

Atletico will now potentially have a problem on their hands in the summer.

Morata is convinced the club could allow him to leave for free in the summer and he hopes Barça will still come to an agreement to sign him.
