Juventus striker Amauri has set himself a 20-goal mark for the new season.
The Brazilian endured a disappointing season last term, going through long fallow periods as the side struggled in a trophyless campaign.
With a new manager at the helm - Luigi Del Neri is the man in charge after both Ciro Ferrara and Alberto Zaccheroni were tried last term - Amauri is looking to prove he can become a regular goalscorer in Serie A.
"I'll do it for myself and the team. I want to do everything to get the 20 goals as the fans have asked of me," he told Gazzetta Dello Sport.
"I feel good and feel like I can get even more, that is the goal I have made. I feel calm and peaceful.
"Last year was not easy and there has been much debate around me. I have to prove what I am worth and I am enthusiastic."
