Juventus signing Matthijs de Ligt feels he'll become a better defender in Italy.
The former Ajax stopper has completed his move to Turin, signing a deal to 2024.
De Ligt: "I've always been fascinated by how Italians defend.
"There are so many players that I follow as an example: Maldini, Baresi, Nesta, Cannavaro, Scirea. And I could go on.
"I fell in love with how Italians defend."
He also stated, "Now with Juve, a new challenge begins."
