Juventus are ready to launch a £6 million bid for Chelsea midfielder Deco.
The Sun says the playmaker was an £8m summer signing from Barcelona by Phil Scolari, who managed him for Portugal.
But Deco has failed to find any consistency and Scolari has now been replaced at Chelsea by Guus Hiddink.
Juve host Chelsea in the Champions League on Tuesday having lost 1-0 in the first leg.
Reports in Italy suggest ex-Blues boss and current Juve chief Claudio Ranieri wants the 31-year-old to replace Pavel Nedved, who is expected to retire in the summer.
