Juventus pair Alessandro del Piero and Leonardo Bonucci were both pleased with their point against Catania.

Some were disappointed with Sunday's 1-1 draw, which followed on from an identical result against Bologna on Wednesday evening.

"It was a valuable result in a difficult area. When we don't win, then we're never satisfied, but the point in Catania keeps us top of the table," wrote the Bianconeri captain on his Facebook page.

Bonucci also took to his official website to communicate with supporters.

"It was a good game. It's a pity we couldn't bring home all three points, but I feel it's right to compliment our opponents. Well done, Catania!" wrote the defender.

"Now we have to pick up where we left off in that game and look ahead with more conviction, enthusiasm and humility.

"Work, work, believe and work some more. That is my motto. Forza Juventus."
