Juventus move 'on the horizon' for Sporting Kansas City youngster Palmer-Brown

Italian giants Juventus are still monitoring Sporting Kansas City young gun Erik Palmer-Brown.

The Bianconeri have been interested in the 17-year old defender since January but have not yet made a move for his services.

Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla reported on his official website that Juventus will look to officially go after Palmer-Brown when the MLS season finishes.

A Google translated snippet of Pedulla's article read: "…always very high chance of a transfer to Juventus.

"If you want a million euro, also on the figure there should be more important things to clarify.

"Despite a recent foot injury that will block Palmer-Brown for a few months his season can be considered finished, his dream Italian evidently not.

"Juve on the horizon, still a little 'patience and a lot of things will be clearer."

However, a SKC spokesman indicated that the reigning MLS Cup winners are not looking to offload the promising youngster.

"[Palmer-Brown] is on our roster, and we look forward to him getting through rehab and back onto the field as quickly as possible," the spokesman said.
