Juventus midfielder Felipe Melo has been named the 'worst signing of the season'.

The Brazilian has been awarded the Bidone d'Oro, the 'Golden Bin' award, after joining Juve from Fiorentina.

According to Rai "Castersport", Melo received 22.87 per cent of the vote and finished just ahead of Inter's Ricardo Quaresma.

In what turned out to be a bad day for Juventus, Tiago, the Portuguese midfielder, also came third in the rankings with 9.9 per cent of the vote.
