Juventus mad Federica Moriano: From super model to player agent?

Italian super model Federica Moriano ... coming to a club boardroom near you!

Federica has set tongues wagging in football-mad Italy after declaring she plans to study for her FIFA player agent's exam. Given the way FIFA are now treating the course - Federica may even get to skip the tests to realise her dream!

Famous for being a passionate Juventus supporter, Federica credits TV presenter Simona Ventura for inspiring her to consider entering football.

"Of course, the dream of becoming an agent is always alive and this is also true thanks to the shows of Simona Ventura and through "Quelli che il calcio" I got to know a lot and it has opened many doors and I'm really so proud of this," said Federica.

Asked if she would have to give up modeling to enter the football industry, Federico added: "Absolutely not. It is my main business and certainly the one I love the most. And not just for the money, but because it was the first career I pursued and I am proud of what I have achieved."

Federica has spoken of one day managing Juventus stars like Giorgio Chiellini, Momo Sissoko and Vincenzo Iaquinta.

Asked about Juve's current crisis, she admits it's difficult to take.

"My faith in Juventus has been known for a long time. But now I regret for the umpteenth season we are throwing everything away.

"I am very sorry for what is going on at Juventus, when I started to follow football and cheer Juve I never, ever expected to experience moments like this!

"Our only joy is to have beaten the hated Inter Milan, but otherwise we are a total flop.

"What I think is wrong is that Juventus has been happy to be average for several years and a team like ours, with a history with many successes, cannot be allowed to settle.

"Juve always had players with the character to fight on the field, to give their soul. Now we are missing that.

"The heart which has typified our best teams is now missing from Juve."

Despite the struggles of her beloved Bianconeri, Federica says her love of football has never wavered.

"Football has always been everything to me, a way of life, a love that every day grew on me and occupied my days."

A way of life - and perhaps another string to Federico's portfolio should she turn her player agent's dream into reality.
