Juventus striker David Trezeguet has been ruled out for a month due to a calf injury.

The Frenchman broke down in training last week.

"This morning the French striker had a scan for trauma to the left calf suffered during training yesterday," read a statement on the club's official website.

The news comes as a real blow to Ciro Ferrara as Trezeguet is Juventus' top scorer this season.
