Alessandro Del Piero has immediately targeted the 2012/13 A-League title with new club Sydney FC.
The Italian World Cup-winner has made the much-talked-about move from Serie A club Juventus and although he is unsure about his debut, he is looking to achieve success with the Sky Blues who have won two domestic championships.
"Now is very soon to say. It's not easy, for sure," said Del Piero who was presented with number 10 at the clubs shirt ceremony.
"It's a long way from Italy, but I have found the right place.
"My first week was perfect. These are very nice people. I hope with you to win the title."
