Juventus icon Gigi Buffon has been named Italy's Goalkeeper of the Year.

Buffon won the award ahead of Inter's Samir Handanovic and former Napoli man Pepe Reina, as voted by the AIC - the Italian Players' Association.

"Retirement? When the moment comes, and it hasn't yet, I will be the first to acknowledge it," he told Sky Sport Italia.
