Juventus have extended their deadline for Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez to give an answer on his future.

The Italians are desperate to lure the Spaniard to Turin and after originally seeking an answer by the end of this week, have given him more time as they believe they are very close to completing the deal.

It is believed Benitez wants to bring some of his Anfield staff with him to Stadio Olimpico but there is reluctance to cut his ties with Liverpool as he is still under contract - a deal Juventus do not want to buy out.
