Lazio president Claudio Lotito has decided to sell Luis Alberto in January.
Alberto has since walked back criticism of Lazio for buying a new airplane after it emerged it was on loan from a Bulgarian company.
However, Gazzetta dello Sport says Lotito remains angry and has decided to sell the Spain attacker, with sporting director Igli Tare in agreement.
A move within Serie A is tipped for Alberto, with Juventus and Inter Milan monitoring developments.
Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti is also interested in Alberto, who had a previous spell on Merseyside with Liverpool.
